On January 24, the forth phase of the Voyage Plan and Training Ceremony of Hemony Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. is held in the Hemony Technological Park. Lan Jianhua, General Manager and other guests are specially invited to attend the ceremony, to observe, guide and issue the training certificates.
As the last phase of the Voyage Plan, this training continues to focus on “tempered into steel”, which is taught via two modes namely the online Enterprise Manager Time Management and the offline Inter-departmental Communication and Collaboration. Among these, the “Inter-departmental Communication and Collaboration” shared by Zhang Baozeng, Manager of the Financial Department is based on three dimensions: Inter-departmental communication, person-to-person communication, and workplace communication strategy, which bring many effective communication promotion tools and strategies to the trainees.
The sharing session is especially set for the training ceremony. The eight groups start from the actual work and carefully prepare the practice management cases for sharing.
