An enterprise cannot develop without talents. As an emerging pharmaceutical enterprise, Hemony has always attached great importance to the cultivation of talents. To make new employees familiar with the company and improve their skills, Hemony holds it 2019 Training Session for Newcomers as scheduled on May 29. 67 new employees from all departments gather and attend the training in Chongqing headquarters.
Hemony President Lan Jianhua gives an address to the training session. He extends warm welcome to all new employees and expresses his high expectation for them. With his own working experiences, he introduces the development process, management concepts, strategic planning and talent cultivation plan of the company and encourages the new employees to keep exploring and improving themselves and contributing bigger values together with the company.
Training instructors from all departments are invited to make detailed introduction in the training session, ranging from corporate culture to financial policies, from corporate operation and risk management to office operating system, from legal compliance policies to drug management knowledge, and from business operation process to product knowledge. Their instructions are rich in content and extensive in coverage. They try to enable new employees to have sound foundation, improved skills and good practices.
This training session has enhanced the mutual understanding among new employees, expanded their working ideas, fully reflected the values of the company, i.e. "harmony, innovation, integrity and profession", and further reinforced their confidence in the company and themselves.
The training is presided over by Jin Xin, director of the Human Resources Department. New employees are active and positive in self introduction and statement. They share feelings of working in Hemony with each other. The meeting room is filled with laughter and applause.
